In the event of a dispute as to the interpretation of the rules of this contest, the decision by Paul Muldoon, Sr. Vice President, Business Development of Cubic shall be final and binding.
The “2011 I Heart My Breeze Card” is open to all legal residents of Georgia, 18 years of age or older, as of the date of entry. All Employees of Cubic Corporation and its subsidiaries and their immediate family members, as well as employees of participating transit agencies and their families are ineligible to win. This Contest is void wherever prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest begins September 14, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. and ends December 14, 2011 at midnight. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (ET).
Successfully complete the official “I Heart My Breeze Card” Entry Form by November 11, 2011 at midnight. Follow the instructions on the form and submit your video at the bottom. In your video you should describe what you like about your transit card, where you go with it and/or how it helps you achieve what you like to do. Videos should be no longer than two minutes. Filming is not permitted on in-service trains, buses or vans, and may not be permitted on platforms during service hours. No nudity or vulgar material is allowed in submissions. The use of copyrighted material is prohibited. Use of open source material is acceptable. For a list of sites that provide open source music please see our FAQ page. File formats that will be accepted include: .MPEG4, 3GPP, .MOV, .AVI, .MPEGPS, .WMV, and FLV. Limit: One entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Contest.
Entries will be posted on “Iheartmycard.com/breezecard and the public will vote, by clicking “thumbs up” for their favorite entry on the designated YouTube Channel. The entry, for each transit authority, with the most votes by September 30, 2011 will become a Front Runner Finalist and will be eligible to win $2,000 during the American Public Transportation Association Annual Meeting and EXPO October 3-5, 2011 where attendees will vote on all of Front Runner Finalists’ submissions. At the end of the conference the Front Runner Finalist with the most votes will be named the Front Runner Winner and receive $2,000. All Front Runner Finalists will be guaranteed a spot in the final round of public voting on YouTube for the National Winner. The first round of voting will end November 11, 2011 at that time the entry for each transit authority with the most votes will become the Local Winners and will receive $1,500 each, as well as move on to the final round of voting. First round votes do not carry over to the final round of voting. The final round of voting will start November 14 and end December 14, 2011. The finalist with the most votes at the end of this period will become the National Winner.
One (1) National Winner will receive $5,000. One (1) Front Runner Winner will receive $2,000. All Local Winners (one per card system) will receive $1,500. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
The Following Terms & Conditions Apply: All entries become the property of Cubic Transportation Systems Inc. and their clients, and will not be returned for any reason. Entry of a video into this contest constitutes the grant to Cubic, and their clients, of an unconditional right to use the entrant’s video, name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purpose without future compensation, except where prohibited by law. Cubic reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion, and Cubic’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Cubic reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that Cubic either finds to be i) acting in violations of these Rules; ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; iii) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of Cubic and their clients or to erode the goodwill of Cubic and their clients; or iv) exhibiting conduct that Cubic finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable.
By entering the Contest, entrants release the Sponsors and their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, illness, litigation, or damages of any kind caused by the Contest, any prize, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or occurring while traveling to or from or participating in any prize-related activity. By submitting any entry form entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

The Front Runner Winner will be notified by e-mail that they have become the Front Runner Winner on or about October 6, 2011. Local Winners will be notified by e-mail and their videos will be posted online at iheartmycard.com and iheartmycard.com/breezecard on or about November 14, 2011. The National Winner will be announced on iheartmycard.com as well as local sites iheartmycard.com/breezecard on or about January 4, 2012.
